About Me

Hi, I'm Taylor.

A recipe developer and content creator who thinks dinner should feel like a small celebration — even on a Wednesday.

I started cooking the way a lot of people do: at the elbow of parents and grandparents who didn't measure anything. What began as following along has, somewhere along the way, become a career. I now develop recipes full-time for my own kitchen and for brands like Forbes, Williams-Sonoma, and Allrecipes.

Healthy and indulgent aren't opposites. Most of my recipes lean into real ingredients — good olive oil, lots of vegetables, citrus, herbs — but I'm never going to ask you to skip the butter. Some days you want roasted chicken and lemons. Some days you want a brownie the size of your face. Both are welcome here.

My Kitchen Creed

How I cook

01

Real ingredients

Real food doesn't need to be complicated. I reach for quality ingredients — good olive oil, fresh herbs, seasonal produce — and let them do the work. No shortcuts that sacrifice flavor, no filler that doesn't belong.

02

Health, gently

I love a vegetable. I love a salad. I also believe pasta night exists for a reason. The point is balance, not restriction.

03

Indulgence, freely

Brown butter, dark chocolate, a properly cold cocktail. Some recipes are here because they make a regular night feel a little less regular.

I'm all about turning wholesome ingredients into the indulgences you actually crave.
